Square have not actually said it will be simultaneous its just journalists speculating.
That game u keep dissing got 10/10 from Gamespot and IGN name an Xbox exclusive which has gotten the same from those sites...

PS3 version definately looks better. 360 version looks washed out probably due to compression.

Remember Burnout ran at 45fps on 360 and 60fps on PS3. 360 version also had screen tearing and pop in issues (stated in IGN comparisons). The PS3 was also the lead platform for that game.

When the localization of the Europe and US version is done THEN work will begin on the 360 version. Thats a looooooooong wait for u 360 owners. Also since they havnt even started work on a gimped 360 version I wouldnt expect a demo for u xbots any time soon.
